COLLEGE & CAREER PATHS

Building Success—
From Classroom to Career

At Silverton Public School, we are dedicated to preparing students for life beyond high school, starting as early as middle school. Through individualized counseling, engaging class instruction, hands-on activities, and visits to a variety of college campuses, students begin exploring their future college and career options.

In high school, enrolled Silverton students further this exploration by visiting post-secondary programs, job shadowing professionals in various fields, and participating in paid and unpaid internships. These opportunities provide real-world experience, helping students refine their interests and gain valuable skills for their future.

Our commitment to student success is reflected in our 100% graduation rate, maintained for multiple years. Our graduates pursue a wide range of careers, including diesel mechanic, lawyer, teacher, welder, hair stylist, plumber, radiologist, hot shot firefighter, nurse, field scientist, graphic artist, and more. Whether they choose to attend college, join the workforce, or start their own businesses, Silverton students are equipped to thrive in whatever path they choose.

We believe in guiding every student to discover their passions and potential, providing the tools and experiences they need to succeed in both college and their future careers.
