Megan Corson

Hi! My name is Megan! I moved to Silverton from Denver in the summer of 2023, and it’s been the most transformative experience of my life. Although I had visited Silverton a few times for camping and hiking, it was the school and its incredible community that truly drew me in. The sense of connection here is unique, and being part of a community dedicated to making the world better through education is incredibly fulfilling. Silverton School fosters a strong sense of belonging, with its stunning surroundings and a culture that prioritizes mental health for both students and staff. When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me out enjoying the amazing outdoors—whether it’s hiking, camping, swimming, snowboarding, or cozying up with a good book during a snowstorm.
